What Minimum requirements must be met to work for your flight department on a contract basis?

12 month sim based, type specific training
24 month sim based, type specific training (alternating aircraft)
24 month sim based training, any jet
Current 61.58 in the aircraft to be flown (Can be by checkride w/ no training)
Meets 61.55 in the aircraft to be flown (can be more than 24 months out of training)
Warm body that can find the gear switch and has held the Flight Manual for at least 3 minutes with 3 takeoffs and landings

The one that meets all of my requirements and those I've listed as preferred who is charging industry standard rates.
The one that meets my minimum requirements and is cheaper.

If the TSAAC model is implemented nationwide with no provisions to include contract pilots, so Self Employed Contract Pilots will no longer exist and are no longer available to you, will this effect your operation?       Yes         No
